I had a cold cream taiyaki
(custard & whipped).
I have been eagerly pairing alcoholic beverages with various things lately.
I guess it's because I've been pairing sake with a lot of things lately,
My father said to me, "Why don't you try pairing it with sake? He said, "No, it doesn't go with sake.
I said, "No, it doesn't go well with sake.
I was like, "No, it doesn't go well with sake!
I thought it would never go well with the aroma....
I thought it would never go well with the fragrance... but ......
But to my surprise, it was a good match! I was so excited 💮.
The custard & whipped
The rather heavy sweetness of the taste
This spring deer washed it down with a refreshing taste.
And the slight residual sweetness of the cream and the sweetness of the rice
The sweetness of the rice softly complemented each other.
The spring deer also gives you a strong taste,
(which is also what I like about it).
The sweetness of the rice is milded by the heavy sweetness of the cream.
I wonder if the whole thing is neutralized and goes surprisingly well together 🤔💭...
Father and daughter were all surprised at the unexpected discovery,
I even recommended it to my mother who has not had cream taiyaki yet.
I recommended it to my mother who hasn't had cream taiyaki yet 🤭.
You really have to try things out. ......
It opened the door to a new pairing in my mind 😂.
I'm so glad I did!

Harushika Junmai Ginjo is made with the concept of having a good aroma and balance so that everyone can enjoy it, regardless of whether they prefer sweet or dry taste.

Good evening, Usagi-Goden 🌙
Harushika is really delicious... I recommend it to my family and friends who live in Kanto and they all say it's delicious ☺️ exactly as the concept 🫶 I was shocked that it goes with such heavy sweetness 🤣.
