The mother of the #12 yeast!
This is the first time in a long time that this yeast has been used.
It was so easy to drink that I couldn't stop drinking it.
I think it tasted better at room temperature!
I liked the taste a lot!
It has no peculiarity and the taste of the rice comes out clearly.
The sourness that comes after a little bit is also a characteristic that makes you keep drinking it.

I bought this when I went to Kanazawa on a business trip a month ago, and I opened it late!
When I first started drinking sake, I actually didn't like Tedorikawa.
I think it's just because my tongue wasn't suited to sake, since I was only drinking sours at the time.
But when I bought it and tried it again, it was delicious!
As it says on the back of the label, it tastes great chilled in a glass, and this is probably the best way to enjoy Tedorigawa, but I personally prefer drinking it at room temperature in a ceramic cup.
I personally prefer to drink it at room temperature in a ceramic cup. The taste becomes milder and the richness spreads.
It was a good match with strong flavored food!

Well, it's stable, isn't it?
It's been a while since I've been to Fukuoka. I feel like I'm returning home.
It's an easy to drink sake. It has no peculiarities and goes well with anything.
But it would be better with junmai sake. I want more of the rice flavor.
I buy a lot of sake on business trips, but I haven't gotten to that point yet. I need to digest what I've accumulated!

I got this from an acquaintance at the end of August.
It is stable and delicious.
I never thought I'd be lucky enough to get a bottle of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo without buying it myself. lol
Because it is Junmai Daiginjo, it has no habit and is easy to drink.
There's a decent amount of sharpness after the fruity stuff, which is great!

This is the best sake I've had recently!
The aroma is not that great, but the taste is exceptional!
It is mild and fruity on the palate, with no unorthodox habits.
The taste of the rice is plentiful.
It is easy to drink even for sake beginners.
I bought it on a business trip to Sendai, so I may not see you for a while, but I do hope we get the chance to drink it again!
Delicious.
Today is a one-day business trip to Kanazawa.
At first, I start from Jing.
It is the best.
It's been a long time since I could drink sake in a shop.
After this, I think I'll drink some frozen sake and go home.

Second post
Today's sake is from Mie.
A good friend of mine from our group company gave it to me as a souvenir when we met the other day!
(I really appreciate it).
I think it's easier to drink if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a while.
The aroma is as expected of a ginjo-shu.
The taste is not that deep, but it is quite easy to drink.
It's the type of sake that can be enjoyed with just about any food.
Let's enjoy it!
I'm actually going on a business trip tomorrow, so I'm going to buy a bottle or two in each area, so please wait for my next post!
A memorable first post for me!
Keep up the good work!
Actually, I wanted to do this earlier, but due to various reasons, I had to start today.
The sake for my first post is a summer-only version of Fukuoka's Kanbokuto (already in September...).
I'm from Fukuoka, and since I'm into sake, I want to drink all the local sakes, so this is one of the ones I've had in the past.
Personally, I prefer mellow sake, so I can't say it's my favorite sake.
It is a dry sake. It doesn't have much of an aroma, but the refreshing feeling you get when you put it in your mouth is typical for summer only.
It's excellent as a food sake, and I think it goes great with all kinds of food!
I'll continue to write about it in my own way like this.
Chippie, good evening ^ ^.
Please excuse my comment.
You're from Fukuoka😊.
I've never been able to drink alcohol from Fukuoka.
I'm sure you'll have a great time.
Good sake life ☺️.
Manta.
Thank you for your comment!
I'm from Fukuoka and now I live in Osaka.
Fukuoka may have a strong image of shochu, but there's a surprising amount of sake here too! Please try a variety of sake!
Chippie, congrats on your first post 👏!
