It's been a while since I've been to Fukuoka. I feel like I'm returning home.
It's an easy to drink sake. It has no peculiarities and goes well with anything.
But it would be better with junmai sake. I want more of the rice flavor.
I buy a lot of sake on business trips, but I haven't gotten to that point yet. I need to digest what I've accumulated!
