I bought this when I went to Kanazawa on a business trip a month ago, and I opened it late!
When I first started drinking sake, I actually didn't like Tedorikawa.
I think it's just because my tongue wasn't suited to sake, since I was only drinking sours at the time.
But when I bought it and tried it again, it was delicious!
As it says on the back of the label, it tastes great chilled in a glass, and this is probably the best way to enjoy Tedorigawa, but I personally prefer drinking it at room temperature in a ceramic cup.
I personally prefer to drink it at room temperature in a ceramic cup. The taste becomes milder and the richness spreads.
It was a good match with strong flavored food!
