Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 15 degrees Second post Today's sake is from Mie. A good friend of mine from our group company gave it to me as a souvenir when we met the other day! (I really appreciate it). I think it's easier to drink if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a while. The aroma is as expected of a ginjo-shu. The taste is not that deep, but it is quite easy to drink. It's the type of sake that can be enjoyed with just about any food. Let's enjoy it! I'm actually going on a business trip tomorrow, so I'm going to buy a bottle or two in each area, so please wait for my next post!
