I really like the freshness, sweetness and rice flavor that is typical of nama-shu, and the aroma that goes into the nose. ☺️ Also, it has a characteristic bitter taste! This is so interesting!
It's been a while since I've posted since I've been sick all summer 😂.
I've been looking forward to drinking Snow Kayasha at home for a long time ✨.
I had an image of Yamahai as being somewhat heavy, but this is a beautiful sake that is light on the palate with a mild acidity and sweetness that makes it very easy to drink ✨.
Iburi Gako Cheese Potato Salad from the deli corner of the local supermarket!
It also goes well with this 🤤.
I had my first taste of Nabeshima special junmai sake the other day and liked it very much. This time I tried Yamada Nishiki✨.
It has a moderate flavor and aroma compared to most special junmai sake, with just the right amount of umami, a bit of acidity, and a slight bitterness. It is light and has a great balance 💯.
It is so easy to drink that I drink it while eating snacks.
I opened a bottle of Abe Summer Sake that I bought the other day🍶.
I didn't feel any gas when I opened it, but when I put it in my mouth, I felt a tingling sensation on my tongue.
Overall, the sweetness and acidity are quite moderate and easy to drink ✨.
By the way, the feeling of alcohol is almost zero lol.
This is a dangerous one too lol.
Good morning, Gomichamu 😃!
Abe-chan💙 is delicious 😋I want to conquer all of them 🤗You're right, I have no sense of Al 😆 Swissy dangerous ⚠️ but I'll go for it!
I found a Senkou Kabutomushi that I was curious about and bought it immediately ✨.
Refreshing, refreshing and delicious! ✨
I'm not a fan of blatantly sweet and sour, but this one is easy to drink with a low sweetness: ☺️
I paired it with an octopus and tomato salad today, but it would normally go well with meat dishes and other fatty foods ✨.
I'm sure I'll finish it soon...
Thanks for your comment! I'm still new to sake, but since you guys were drinking it, I bought it and it made sense ✨
I'm not a big drinker, but I'm obviously drinking it faster than other brands and I'm about to run out 😂.
GET the Sharaku you've been wanting to try at your local liquor store! ✨
Aroma, rice flavor, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well balanced! Mellow, moderately voluptuous, mellow and delicious ✨This is delicious !!!!
I've been drinking a lot of Hishiko, which is made by a former Sharaku master brewer, and I'm convinced it's a mellow umami in a similar vein: ☺️
I made my own radish and octopus 🐙 for snacks!
Nabeshima (Saga Prefecture) found at a local liquor store was opened 🍶.
I had an image of Kyushu sake as being somewhat robust, but it is surprisingly light 😲 Light sweetness and bitterness centered on the umami and acidity of the rice. It has a light sweetness and bitterness centered on the umami and acidity of the rice, and a slight gaseous sensation. It seems to go well with well-seasoned dishes.
I think of Saga Prefecture and think of squid from Yobuko, but I wonder if it would go well with squid sashimi? 🤔
It is fruity and has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and aroma.
It's as smooth as water and leaves a clean aftertaste ✨.
It's dangerous because you can drink it like a soft drink.
Anyway, everything is combined at a high level and it's delicious. ☺️
Good morning, Gomichamu!
I've always been curious about the packaged sake, and this one looks really good too✨.
If it's smooth and refreshing, it must be perfect for fatty foods 🎵.
Fresh and clear taste typical of packaged sake✨Light sweetness and acidity, with a rather bitter and dry aftertaste? I think this bitterness is characteristic of Kamo Nishiki. I think it has more gorgeous rice flavor than Kwang Suisen. ☺️
Anyway, it tastes smooth and refreshing, and the alcohol content is low, so it's easy to drink it without hesitation.
By the way, I had a snack of grated tofu with yuzu and grated ponzu. It goes well with it.
I had it for the first time the other day and it was so good I bought it again 🍶.
Mellow umami-kuchi✨I love the voluptuous umami, light sweetness with a fruity feel, and the elegant aroma on the nose. ☺️
I'm always saying "yes, it's delicious..." every time I take a sip lol.
More subdued and clear than our standard Junmai ✨.
It has an Abe-like acidity but a very clear aftertaste, making it perfect for a mealtime sake!
I paired it with Tosa-ni (bamboo shoots simmered in Tosa sauce) and it went well with lightly seasoned dishes!
Fresh sweetness and a light acidity for a crisp ✨This is delicious ‼️The specs are at the bottom of the list, but it's my favorite of the Abe series I've had so far ☺️
12% alcohol and easy to drink, so you have to be careful 😂.
It has a mild aroma typical of Hishiko, a fruity sweetness and acidity, and the unique rice flavor of orikarami with a hint of gas.
I thought it was well balanced with a good sharpness. ☺️
JUICE today from my recent favorite, Hishiko 🍶.
Very fruity and delicious✨.
They use yeast that produces citric acid, so it has a distinctive sour taste. The sweetness is moderate.
It has 16% alcohol content, but there is almost no alcohol feeling when you drink it!
As the name suggests, it really does feel like a juice, and it's easy to drink 💦dangerous (lol).
Koshinokanbai, a famous local sake that was once called "phantom sake" and was even counterfeited in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Niigata is often thought of as a light and dry sake, but this one has a very mellow taste with a powerful rice flavor that would not be defeated by grilled squid with mayonnaise as an entrée.
It has a very mellow taste with a strong rice flavor that is not overpowering even when served with mayonnaise on grilled squid.
The best thing about it is that it is so reasonably priced (1,200 yen for a 4-goupe bottle of regular sake).
Light sweetness and acidity, with a refreshing crispness like Kubota, making it easy to drink even for me, a sake novice and a first-timer to nigori sake ✨.
It made me want to try other brands of nigori sake as well: ☺️
I've been hooked on Hishiko lately✨Today I was looking forward to Junmai Daiginjo✨!
The moment I put it in my mouth, it was so juicy and "⁉️"!
Fruit-like sweetness and acidity, with a smooth and refreshing aftertaste: ☺️
This is really delicious ‼️
Personally, I think I might like it better than the packaged sake.
I bought a bottle at a local liquor store because they only had one. ☺️
It tastes fresh and gaseous like a fresh sake! It has a banana-like aroma, but it's not too sweet and has a beautiful acidity that makes it easy to drink✨.
The best thing about it is that it's reasonably priced lol.
I'll buy it again if they have other kinds!
Super sweet with 12.5% alcohol by volume and -40 sake.
The strong sweetness and acidity make it taste like a dessert wine✨.
Pairing with Western food shows its true value 😋.
