I had been curious about Nabeshima's Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki for some time. I bought it because there was a bottle of namaishu available. It had a slight gasiness, and the aroma was mild. Beautiful sweetness and acidity. It has a beautiful sweetness, acidity, and a slight bitterness at the end. I guess. It is quite sweet but refreshing and very tasty! I'm glad I bought it! ✨

Renowned French chocolatier Jean-Paul Evin praised the sake as "the best match for chocolates! (In this app, it's called Kawafumi no Tabi 🍶. (In this app, the name is Echi-no-Hana Sake Brewery, but Takahashi Sake Brewery must have taken over this sake, as they are now out of business) Chocolate and sake? I thought, "Sake with chocolate!" but when I tried it together, it was laughably delicious. It is a very sweet sake with a sake content of -27, but it is better with sweet milk chocolate or raw chocolate than bitter chocolate. Please give it a try 🍶🍫🍶🍫.

I opened a bottle of "Hakkaiyama Junmai Daiginjo Snow Chamber Storage for Three Years" that I had been saving for the occasion because I had some stolen tuna and bonito. I was expecting it to be somewhat aged and robust, but the aroma and taste were surprisingly calm and refreshing. The alcohol content is 17, so it is a bit strong, but it is mellow and even light, making it a very tasty sake. And for the first time in my life, the sake thief is so good that it makes me laugh lol. This makes me enjoy dry sake...lol!

First time drinking Abeyellow💛. Fresh and slightly effervescent, as if it were a pure sake. The rice flavor and the acidity are typical of Abé. It has a bitter taste on the palate. I don't like bitterness, so I personally don't like it 😓.

It's been a while since I've posted since I've been sick all summer 😂. I've been looking forward to drinking Snow Kayasha at home for a long time ✨. I had an image of Yamahai as being somewhat heavy, but this is a beautiful sake that is light on the palate with a mild acidity and sweetness that makes it very easy to drink ✨. Iburi Gako Cheese Potato Salad from the deli corner of the local supermarket! It also goes well with this 🤤.

I had my first taste of Nabeshima special junmai sake the other day and liked it very much. This time I tried Yamada Nishiki✨. It has a moderate flavor and aroma compared to most special junmai sake, with just the right amount of umami, a bit of acidity, and a slight bitterness. It is light and has a great balance 💯. It is so easy to drink that I drink it while eating snacks.

I opened a bottle of Abe Summer Sake that I bought the other day🍶. I didn't feel any gas when I opened it, but when I put it in my mouth, I felt a tingling sensation on my tongue. Overall, the sweetness and acidity are quite moderate and easy to drink ✨. By the way, the feeling of alcohol is almost zero lol. This is a dangerous one too lol.

I found a Senkou Kabutomushi that I was curious about and bought it immediately ✨. Mellow, moderately voluptuous, mellow and delicious ✨This is delicious ！！！！ I've been drinking a lot of Hishiko, which is made by a former Sharaku master brewer, and I'm convinced it's a mellow umami in a similar vein: ☺️ I made my own radish and octopus 🐙 for snacks!

Nabeshima (Saga Prefecture) found at a local liquor store was opened 🍶. I had an image of Kyushu sake as being somewhat robust, but it is surprisingly light 😲 Light sweetness and bitterness centered on the umami and acidity of the rice. It has a light sweetness and bitterness centered on the umami and acidity of the rice, and a slight gaseous sensation. It seems to go well with well-seasoned dishes. I think of Saga Prefecture and think of squid from Yobuko, but I wonder if it would go well with squid sashimi? 🤔

Fresh and clear taste typical of packaged sake✨Light sweetness and acidity, with a rather bitter and dry aftertaste? I think this bitterness is characteristic of Kamo Nishiki. I think it has more gorgeous rice flavor than Kwang Suisen. ☺️ Anyway, it tastes smooth and refreshing, and the alcohol content is low, so it's easy to drink it without hesitation. By the way, I had a snack of grated tofu with yuzu and grated ponzu. It goes well with it.

More subdued and clear than our standard Junmai ✨. It has an Abe-like acidity but a very clear aftertaste, making it perfect for a mealtime sake! I paired it with Tosa-ni (bamboo shoots simmered in Tosa sauce) and it went well with lightly seasoned dishes!
