I opened a bottle of "Hakkaiyama Junmai Daiginjo Snow Chamber Storage for Three Years" that I had been saving for the occasion because I had some stolen tuna and bonito.
I was expecting it to be somewhat aged and robust, but the aroma and taste were surprisingly calm and refreshing. The alcohol content is 17, so it is a bit strong, but it is mellow and even light, making it a very tasty sake.
And for the first time in my life, the sake thief is so good that it makes me laugh lol.
This makes me enjoy dry sake...lol!
