JUICE today from my recent favorite, Hishiko 🍶. Very fruity and delicious✨. They use yeast that produces citric acid, so it has a distinctive sour taste. The sweetness is moderate. It has 16% alcohol content, but there is almost no alcohol feeling when you drink it! As the name suggests, it really does feel like a juice, and it's easy to drink 💦dangerous (lol).

Koshinokanbai, a famous local sake that was once called "phantom sake" and was even counterfeited in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Niigata is often thought of as a light and dry sake, but this one has a very mellow taste with a powerful rice flavor that would not be defeated by grilled squid with mayonnaise as an entrée. It has a very mellow taste with a strong rice flavor that is not overpowering even when served with mayonnaise on grilled squid. The best thing about it is that it is so reasonably priced (1,200 yen for a 4-goupe bottle of regular sake).

I've been hooked on Hishiko lately✨Today I was looking forward to Junmai Daiginjo✨! The moment I put it in my mouth, it was so juicy and "⁉️"! Fruit-like sweetness and acidity, with a smooth and refreshing aftertaste: ☺️ This is really delicious ‼️ Personally, I think I might like it better than the packaged sake.

I bought a bottle at a local liquor store because they only had one. ☺️ It tastes fresh and gaseous like a fresh sake! It has a banana-like aroma, but it's not too sweet and has a beautiful acidity that makes it easy to drink✨. The best thing about it is that it's reasonably priced lol. I'll buy it again if they have other kinds!
