It seems to be a series of four breweries in the San'in region. This is the second one I've had, but the last one was Hiokizakura.

The indigo-dyed label is beautiful. The name "light and stylish" means light and stylish. At room temperature. It is dry but light and easy to drink.

Sweet and sour with a yogurt-like aftertaste. They said it was slightly carbonated right after opening the bottle, but it was the third day after the bottle was opened, so I didn't feel any schwizziness.
The okra and shrimp were both delicious.

It is delicious chilled and refreshing. I didn't have just the right glass, so I used a whiskey glass.
It tastes sweeter a few days after opening the bottle.
I bought it for 150 yen because I had stamps from a direct sales place called "Yoka Yoka" 😊.
