Limited Edition Sake
The regular Mizuo dry sake is directly bottled and heated in a bottle.
Since it is 20%, we recommend melting ice to enjoy the change in flavor, so we serve it on the rocks.
After a clean mouthfeel, it has a rich aroma, and you want to take your time to enjoy the aftertaste.
Personally, I prefer it slightly melted, so less ice is fine.
