It has an alcoholic taste in the mouth, but has a sweetness in the back. It is the perfect sake to accompany dishes such as sashimi, not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of salt. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Strength: 16% alcohol by volume

Slightly sweet, with a touch of alcohol. There is a slight aromatic quality, but it seems to be offset by the alcoholiness. Here is an excerpt This special junmai sake is made by polishing only 60% Yamadanishiki and fermenting it slowly at low temperature for about two months from the Yamahai yeast to the unrefining process, bringing out its fruity aroma and mellow flavor. It has the broad acidity and rich flavor that only Yamahai brewing can bring out in food. It is a "carnivorous Junmai-shu" that goes especially well with meat dishes, yakitori (grilled chicken), and other dark-flavored dishes. Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio: 60 Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki

Aomori Prefecture Sake Toyobai Junmai Ginjo Spicy. Strong alcohol taste. As one would expect from a sake loved by the people of the Tohoku region. It has a subtle aroma that is pleasant at certain times, but the alcoholic aroma takes over at others, just like the Nebuta Festival. It is said that the people of Aomori Prefecture are all surrounded by Toyobai and drink many bottles of it. Fearful. I didn't like it, but if you drink it with meat, especially horse meat, like wine, it might go surprisingly well. It is not good with sashimi. Strength 15%. Rice polishing ratio 55

Polishing ratio 50%. Strength 16.3 The aroma is incredibly sweet and gorgeous. When you drink it, it is refreshing. The label says it is a "super limited edition" and is only shipped once a year. It has a soft texture on the tongue, and because it is too soft, you can feel a little bit of alcohol. Highly recommended. Although it is dry, it has a nice lingering aroma and can be recommended even for those who are not familiar with sake.

Rice polishing ratio 60 Strength 15%. This sake can be drunk quite refreshingly. It has no harshness like water, and the aftertaste is not so strong that it is bothersome to drink. It is a good sake found at a restaurant that offers all-you-can-drink sake.

What a mouthful. Light on the palate, highly carbonated and refreshing after drinking. As it says "super-fast and immediate filling," it is highly carbonated. I always had an image of it being sweet and strong, but I never realized it was so light. This is delicious. Kakuemon is the best. Degree 17 degrees Polishing ratio 55

Sweet aroma It is easy to drink and has no aftertaste, so it goes well with all kinds of food. The sake flavor lingers in the back of the bottle, giving you a gentle feeling. In my amateur opinion, it is an easy-drinking version of Masumi.

A little? Quite a bit? I got the impression that it was spicy and slightly quirky. Special Honjozo? The label says Junmai, and although I couldn't find an exact match, I chose something similar anyway. Please let me know if you know more about it.

It was very easy to drink. The flavors are similar to Akatake. The crisp and refreshing taste enhances the flavor of the food. It will be on my list of future favorites.
