Aomori Prefecture Sake Toyobai Junmai Ginjo
Spicy. Strong alcohol taste. As one would expect from a sake loved by the people of the Tohoku region. It has a subtle aroma that is pleasant at certain times, but the alcoholic aroma takes over at others, just like the Nebuta Festival.
It is said that the people of Aomori Prefecture are all surrounded by Toyobai and drink many bottles of it. Fearful.
I didn't like it, but if you drink it with meat, especially horse meat, like wine, it might go surprisingly well. It is not good with sashimi.
Strength 15%.
Rice polishing ratio 55
