After emptying the Toyobai, we finished with Tasake Yamahai.
Tasake is a great sake that doesn't need any snacks, and Yamahai goes well with Wasabi-zuke (pickled horseradish).
#The Yamahai is the second one from the left, and the rightmost one is the Toyosai Daiginjo Nama-Honshu that we drank today.
Tomorrow, I'll open a bottle of Urahachisen.
#Urahacen was also introduced to me by a good friend who is a sake taster who taught me about rice wine.
I wonder what would go well with Urahachisen. I'm looking forward to it.
