Nagayama Shuzo. 15% alc. Yamada Nishiki. Polishing ratio 60%. Sake degree +3. Special 2-year aged sake, naturally aged in a 0-year-old brick warehouse. Its aroma makes it a perfect match for sashimi, nabe (hot pot), and pickles. Personally, I like to eat it with crabmeat whose shells have been grilled. It's fine at room temperature, but it's just as good heated! Exhibited at the Japanese Sake Festival.
