A distinctive red bottle. There is nothing special about it, and it seems to be an ordinary sake. Rice polishing ratio 55%. If not chilled properly, it will feel loose and loose.
Tatomo Junmai Ginjo. Label in green letters, manufactured September 2025.
It has a slight yellow tinge, but is almost colorless. Slightly cloudy. White flowers, soft mouthfeel, and a slight fizzy stimulation. A little bit of alcohol is floating in the water. This is the first sake I have enjoyed in a long time. 100% Koshitanrei. 460g bottle.
Old Green River
This is probably the first old sake I have ever had. It is a junmai ginjo sake produced in 2007 and aged at low temperature. Not spectacular, quite subdued floral aroma and a little caramel aroma. A little sherry-like. Just a little bitter. It was an interesting sake. 460g bottle.
It has a slightly denser and tastier version of the orthodox sake elements. Very slight tingle of slight effervescence. Not bad for something you buy at the supermarket. 15 degrees.
