Opening the bottle is a small fuming sound. First, the supernatant was gently poured without stirring. It is rich, full-flavored, and delicious. Just the way I like it. According to the brewer's comment, they made it drier than last year, but it tastes like Masumi with a hint of sweetness. The second glass was shaken to taste the original ogara-mi. A slight hint of koji (?) Is it my imagination? The taste is deeper, but perhaps I prefer the supernatant without the orikara. I am looking forward to tasting it tomorrow after a night's rest.

I visited Oarai to try Tsuki-noi. This was the first time I had drunk any of the three beers in the set. It seems that the direction of the bottle was lost when it was brought in, so the Tsukinoi and the Kirizukuba may have been switched. However, Tsuki-noi and Kirizukuba are similar in taste and refreshing. The sake shop said it would be a big hit, and I personally enjoyed it.

I was hooked on sake after drinking this sake. When you take a sip of it, it has a rich sweetness. This is followed by a rich taste that spreads. This year's Arabashiri in particular has a more robust flavor than in years past.

It is fruity and easy to drink. Later, at a liquor store in Kusatsu Onsen, Nagai Shuzo gave us a sample of Midori's original sake, which was mild and tasty. Aki Agari also has a good taste. Personally, I prefer the Genshu or the Aki Agari.
