ぱぱOpening the bottle is a small fuming sound. First, the supernatant was gently poured without stirring. It is rich, full-flavored, and delicious. Just the way I like it. According to the brewer's comment, they made it drier than last year, but it tastes like Masumi with a hint of sweetness. The second glass was shaken to taste the original ogara-mi. A slight hint of koji (?) Is it my imagination? The taste is deeper, but perhaps I prefer the supernatant without the orikara.
