The last time I drank this sake, I had a bottle of Radiomasamune, also from Shitaizumi, and it was delicious, so I bought another brand.
It's slightly sweet and easy to drink whether it's cold or hot, and it's easy to drink. It is my favorite sake.

It seems to be a genre of muddled foam sake. It seems to be a genre called "bubble muddled sake", and since it's almost a limited edition, I bought it on the strong recommendation of the shop staff.
When opening the bottle, I was warned to repeatedly open and close the bottle to let the gas out little by little, and after about 5 minutes of repeated opening, I was able to open the bottle.
The taste was definitely delicious, with the unique flavor of nigori sake, but the carbonation made it refreshing to drink.
If you see it, I highly recommend purchasing it.
