sake!
I was attracted to the name "Sake-erotic." It is made by a winery in Nagano during the period when they cannot make wine. Fruity, slightly bubbly, and right in the middle of my current tastes! It was really delicious! I enjoyed reading the explanation on the back of the label from the winery's point of view. It's "Obuse sake that only mature men and women who have gone through painful infatuation and crazy love can understand. Lovely explanation. It really touched my heart and liver in the midst of a great heartbreak.

My dad loved it and prepared it for me when I got back home! 🍶 Well, it's easy to drink, not too bad, not too bad at all! But I was more than happy to drink it with my parents!

(2) a hazy post (2) Fruity but not too sweet, I love it! I still remember thinking that even a month later! I was so happy to be able to drink a lot of Kansai sake even though I was in Tokyo, and it was delicious! And the sake bottle is so cute! I want one for my house!

A hazy record (1) It's been about a month already, but, in the record The first ancient rice wine I ever drank. I was served it with a gutty meat dish as a pairing. Definitely heavy, like a red wine! I was so shocked that I still remember it a month later, but I don't have the vocabulary to describe it. I was able to drink it for the first time when the food matched it best. I'm so glad I like sake!

I asked for it to be spicy and firm. I didn't think it was spicy enough to be called spicy, but it was definitely classified as spicy...? It's delicious 、、、、, but it's spicy, but it's also very cute! It looks like the boots change color, so cute!

I was served it dry, but it's fruity, sweet, easy to drink! but more refreshing! I think I prefer the "cool" type.... (Like someone you admire because you think they're cool, but they're actually sweet and not what you expected, like I wanted a cooler beauty.) I think the alcohol content is just what you want in the cold Hokkaido winter when it's so cold you feel like you're going to keel over. For some reason, it reminded me of Tanigaki Nishipa of Kinkamu.

Wait, it's seriously good. Nigori-shu. It's dry and insanely good~! I recommend it to all people who like dry sake. But I don't think many stores carry it. Because I was the first one to register on this app "Sake-no-wa" (boast). Seriously, one of the top 5, I'm glad I got to try it! This is a good first glass of sake, and the second and third glasses are also good...

Slightly effervescent! Delicious! I've never had a sake drink where the person I'm drinking with says, "I love sake," and then offers me my first glass of sake and says, "How about this?" I'm going to like it if this is the first sake I'm offered by someone who said he liked sake before drinking it!
