It's been about a month already, but, in the record
The first ancient rice wine I ever drank.
I was served it with a gutty meat dish as a pairing.
Definitely heavy, like a red wine!
I was so shocked that I still remember it a month later, but I don't have the vocabulary to describe it.
I was able to drink it for the first time when the food matched it best.
I'm so glad I like sake!
