べっさんKagatobi is a dry sake that is often drunk at yakitori restaurants, but I am curious to know that it is a jun-dai unfiltered, chu-kumi-nama-oi. And it is wrapped in paper. I had been curious about it since I first saw it at Yorozuya, and finally bought it. It has a soft, subtle sweetness and aroma on the palate, followed by spiciness and bitterness. The spiciness and bitterness that comes after that is just like Kagatobi. It is delicious.

べっさんThe yellow label stood out at a local liquor store. I remember seeing it at Sake-no-Wa, so I bought it. I checked and found that I had drunk it last year, too. I opened the bottle gently, being careful not to open the bottle. Pouring it into a glass, it bubbles like soda water. On the third day, the bubbles settled down and I felt a soft sweetness.

It was easy to drink and quickly consumed. On the back of the label, a picture of Edomae Sushi appeared. This is interesting.
