It is a bottle of sake that has been perfected to perfection as a food sake. It is designed in the manner of a sake brewery that values the Izumo climate, which is also the origin of the brewery's name, and has pursued "a quality of sake that goes well with food" rather than being flashy.
The sake rice used is Sato Nishiki produced in Yamagata Prefecture. In the mouth, the sharp, ultra-harsh outline of the sake is clearly apparent, along with the gentle aroma typical of junmai ginjo-style sake.
The taste is light and dry, with no cloying flavors, but in the second half, a subtle umami flavor derived from the rice gradually spreads, and the aftertaste is clean and elegant.
It is an honest and reliable dry sake that goes well with sashimi, grilled fish, and salty Japanese dishes, and will not tire you out even if you drink many glasses of it.

Snow Cloud ❄️
The day before I drank this, my child got the flu 🏥 and I'm feeling a little weird.
So I chose this one.
I think it tastes better than last year.
It has a nice sweetness in its dryness,
I can drink it along with my meal.
From this day on, the disinfection activity will continue for 3 days.......
Hello Choroki 😃
Snowcloud! It's dry and delicious 😋 I think nigori is a good disinfectant ‼️ I don't know.
Disinfecting your body prevented you from getting the flu👍.
Izumo Fuji "YUKIMO Nigori Nama Sake" is a winter-only junmai nigori nama sake with a softly spread sweetness and refreshing sharpness. Made from 100% Izumo City sake rice "Sakonishiki," it has a silky mouthfeel and refreshing aftertaste.
The sweetness spreads through the bottle with a clean aftertaste, making it easy to pair with delicate dishes.
- Enjoyment unique to nigorizake: Care must be taken when opening the bottle, as active yeast remains in the bottle and secondary fermentation may proceed slowly under certain conditions.
- Pairing: The refreshing sweetness goes well with Japanese food. Recommended as an aperitif.
Yukimo, the only nigori sake of Izumo Fuji, was recommended to me on my first visit to a sake store in a while 🤗.
It has an exquisite flavor that is not too sweet, with a combination of aromas reminiscent of pears and green apples, and the umami of rice 😚.
Good evening, Kotori 😃
Yukigumo-san! I'm the J&N Nigori Festival Champ Sake of the year before last. ‼️ I think I had one left in the weekend at Mekada-san 😙.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🐥.
Maybe this was one of the remaining bottles 🤭I liked the clean taste that made me want to drink more than just Nigori 😃and as usual, I didn't hear from the winner of the Shinsei 😭.
