Toyosaka -Toyosaka-. This is the first Toyosaka Echigo Den'emon we have had in a year, and it is made with Ginbukiyo (a cross between Yamadanishiki and Tamakoe). Here are the specs for the soft-water Yamahai Yamahai Tank Shiboribori Nama-nazake. It has a grape-like heady aroma and a fresh, rich, apple-like sweetness with a slight dustiness. The astringency of the aftertaste is still present, although it is a bit more subdued than Den-emon's, and it has a perfect balance of freshness and enjoyment during meals!
