＠水橋Kabishin Fuyutsu no Tsuki - Kizuki - Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice used: Akebono Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16.5 This may be the first time for me to drink Kabishin Sake Brewery. It was a New Year's sake. We enjoyed it as a food sake. I thought it would be a more glamorous image as a daiginjo, but it was a good sake that did not interfere with the food and complemented it.

サワコI bought this sake after casually picking it out. It's a sake from Okayama Prefecture 🍶 The first sip, the flavor of melon spreads in my mouth. I don't really get fruit flavors in sake (I guess I have a poor taste buds...), but this one I thought, oh wow, it's a melon ❣️. I also like the color of the label. Jiameishin, maybe I want to drink it when something good happens...

あーやWhat is your favorite food? I would have no hesitation in saying "peaches", So the moment I saw the words "white peach yeast" I had to put it in my basket! It doesn't have a peach flavor, though, It has a rich, fruity flavor on a delicious base. It made me want to visit Okayama!
