ふかきよI thought it was a delicious sake that was dry and easy to drink, with a subtle sense of sizzle and a slight sweetness from the rice, followed by a subtle sourness and bitterness that was crisp and clean.
Msu37sunThe original gentle sweetness of the rice spreads in the mouth with a refreshing aftertaste.
The unique label attracts people.
Sake is healing water for the soul and perfume for the mind.
I will spend another day in a fresh and comfortable manner.
@水橋Kabishin Fuyutsu no Tsuki - Kizuki - Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml
Rice used: Akebono
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 16.5
This may be the first time for me to drink Kabishin Sake Brewery.
It was a New Year's sake.
We enjoyed it as a food sake. I thought it would be a more glamorous image as a daiginjo, but it was a good sake that did not interfere with the food and complemented it.

@水橋Today is the second day. Huh? It's a big change to clear and clear. It's strange, isn't it?
ペンギンブルーPitchy.
It is light with a rounded rice flavor.
The aroma is somewhat like cherry blossoms or vanilla.
Delicious!
It goes well with firefly squid with vinegared miso.

サワコI bought this sake after casually picking it out. It's a sake from Okayama Prefecture 🍶 The first sip, the flavor of melon spreads in my mouth. I don't really get fruit flavors in sake (I guess I have a poor taste buds...), but this one I thought, oh wow, it's a melon ❣️. I also like the color of the label. Jiameishin, maybe I want to drink it when something good happens...
あーやWhat is your favorite food? I would have no hesitation in saying "peaches",
So the moment I saw the words "white peach yeast" I had to put it in my basket!
It doesn't have a peach flavor, though,
It has a rich, fruity flavor on a delicious base.
It made me want to visit Okayama!
澤口 央Sweet and peachy aroma. Fruity mouthfeel that I haven't felt much else.
Peach is a correction of the pineapple.
I wish my senses were more sensitive.
