For a super dry wine...the umami of the rice comes through clearly 🌾.
It is not dry and does not give you the feeling of being turned away thanks to the umami.
It finishes with a tangy acidity that gives it a nice sharpness.
The umami flavor remains on the tongue and I drank it while drinking 😁ummm🙂↕️
