It has a mellow, sweet aroma and a light taste.
It is a type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own.

It is frankly delicious. If the price is reasonable, it is the kind of sake that you would want to drink casually. It is the kind of sake that you would drink without hesitation and without being self-conscious about it. I like this one better as a food sake.
It has a moderate umami flavor, but I think I like it to be refreshing.
A Dubroque-style drink that has been sitting in the refrigerator for six months. It has 19% alcohol by volume and is quite spicy. It is said that if you wait a little longer, it will get sweeter. There are 5 more bottles in the fridge.
Memo for opening the warehouse
Yamae... Sweet taste. Tangy aftertaste. Good taste!
Miyama... No taste. No repeat.
Ginka... Fairly disappointing for two pieces.
Bag fishing... Seriously good! This is what I came here for today!
Junmai sake Miyamanishiki... Oh well...
Repeat Yamae, and that's it!
Everyone, please come to the brewery opening in Kiso-cho, Nagano 😊.

The rich sweetness is like a dessert wine.
You can also taste the umami of the rice.
The alcohol content is slight and the sake is fresh.

The 15th brand, Kiso no Sake Nanasho.
Fresh, gorgeous, fruity with acidity.
I think it is my favorite of the day.
Nanasho Special Junmai Nagano Prefecture R Yeast Brewing
Sweet. It also has an apple-like acidity. The sweetness is strong, but the acidity makes it refreshing. Light.
A unique sake. It is rather tasty.
