This place is amazing! ： Based on SENKIN's popular winter product "Yukidaruma", UNITED ARROWS, an apparel brand, was involved in the assemblage of this special model. It is extremely difficult to achieve this "clear sweet and sour taste" using low-polishing (95%) Yamadanishiki rice and the sake is made using the "nama-hashiroku" method.
Pairing suggestion: Because of the good balance between nigori and acidity, this wine goes well with sweet and spicy Chinese dishes such as shrimp chili, or surprisingly, with junk snacks such as potato chips (Shiawase Bata~flavor)!
