The specs are that it is a noble sake, which makes sense that it is from this season lol.
They used last year's SENKYO MODERN for the ingredients lol.
As for the taste, I have an image of kijoshu being very thick and sweet, but when I opened it, it wasn't that thick. Of course, it is darker than regular Ichi Shiki, but it is the type of darkness that does not make you tired of drinking it.
It is not sweet, but more like aged lemon. It has a strong citrus flavor, like a lemon that has been aged rather than sweet.
Organic Naturals also has a Kijoshu, but it has a stronger flavor than that.
Personally, I like the taste, but it made me want to drink Sanshiki.
