At the beginning of drinking, there is a fruity sourness and sweetness characteristic of Sengoku, but it is not strong and pleasant. After that, it is mild and has a moderate lingering taste. I think it is a sake that can be drunk for a long time. Delicious!

disryI didn't expect it to be released again this year! No. 1 in the nigori/sparkling category last season! (*My own research) It took 5 minutes to open and close the screw when opening the bottle. The aroma was muscat, melon and banana. Nice aroma. The gasiness is a bit gaseous. The sweetness is impressive on the first day, and the acidity is dominant on the second day. Both are great. The acidity is followed by an astringent taste, and the end result is like after eating citrus! It's great again this year! I'm already drinking the kuikui! I'm getting drunk!

haruIt was a refreshing drink🍶. It smelled and tasted like banana or grapefruit. The alcohol content is 10 degrees, so it is quite refreshing. However, it is so refreshing that the lingering taste on the palate is weak. I preferred the Trinity I had the other day.

さけちゃん◎This sake is from Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture. It was recommended by the friendly waitress at the store that if you like sake, you should definitely try it. The waiter said that the medium-bodied version is more delicious than the ARAHAGIRI and YAMASHI (blame) versions. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel a sourness like sparring, but later a sweetness like ramune comes, and it is indeed delicious!

ベータアラニンAha, it's delicious. I love this acidity and freshness on a hot day. It's fire-roasted, but it's amazing. Kame-no-o is probably my favorite. The depth of the acidity, the richness of the flavor, and the smoothness. You can drink it all the time.

ペンギンブルーSweet and sour! Lactic acid sourness with a hint of white malted rice. A slight tingling sensation. It is light and refreshing, yet juicy. When swallowing it down, it has a bit of melon, chemical banana, and tropical flavor. Later, the aroma of rice and light umami spread slowly in the mouth. The wood vat feeling is not felt. It is delicious and makes you want to drink it all up before rechecking the aftertaste. Fruit juice for adults. One mouthful after another. It's wonderful.

YSTJSENKOKU Hello World by SAKELABO TOKYO. This is the second stage of Hello World, brewed by Kai of Sakelabo in collaboration with Sengoku, following last year's Hello World. SENKYO's activated nigori sake is known as "Yukidaruma," but this is a unique activated nigori sake brewed with the aim of surpassing it. It has a fresh apple-like aroma and a refreshing gaseous sensation in the mouth that pleasantly stimulates the throat. This year's Snowball had a strong impression of dryness, but this one has a firm sweetness from the supernatant stage. It has a catchy taste with a strong sense of both umami and acidity! When the ori is mixed well, it becomes mellow and more umami, further balancing the taste. This is a masterpiece nigori sake!
