I'll open a third bottle 🤣🍶🍶🍶.
Edobari Oshiki Kojo-shu
I'm feeling it.
Kojo-zake could be more intense in flavor 🦆.
Unique aroma/taste of kijoshu🤔.
I'm kind of feeling the second bottle today
It's almost like Yamagata Masamune 🤔🍶.
Even though it is well chilled, the bottle needs to be opened multiple times to release the gas. It is nigori sake, and I personally like the way the lees dance when the bottle is opened, so I think it would look better in a clear bottle, but you can find that at ⛄️.
Banana and pear aroma + nigori-shu-like koji and lactic acid nuances + strong fizziness is pleasant.
Personally, I preferred this one, which is easier to taste sweetness and fruity acidity, to Snowball.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at Sake Sho Yamada.
Rice: Kame-no-o produced in Tochigi
Polishing ratio: 90% or more
Alcohol percentage: 13% (Unpasteurized)
The second bottle is a Kijo sake from Sengoku.
This is the first time for me to drink the black label.
My memory is a little fuzzy, but I remember that I enjoyed it very much because of its smooth sweetness and low alcohol content...
However, compared to other kijo-zake I've had, it tasted less sweet and sour.
Thank you for the treat 🙏.
I bought a bottle of Sentori's, Snowman ⛄️ today.
We had it again this year following last year.
The review of the taste is the same as yours.
In a word, it's good!
I usually don't finish a four-pack, but today I went through a bottle.
The liquor store where I bought it still had some in stock, so I'm going back to buy some more.
I was writing this review while drinking 😁.
Strong carbonation! The most stimulating ever, it sinks into your throat!
When the bottle is opened, the sunken unrefined sake rises, and you can feel the freshness of the yeast with your eyes. The freshness of the yeast can be felt with the eyes, and the mouthfeel confirms it. This is definitely "alive"!
The taste is based on the protein sweetness of rice, and is stable enough to make you think it is a sake. It has a subtle hint of lactic acidity, but it is subdued.
This is a bottle that made me realize how fresh it is.
