I can't believe that it is already time for new sake. I feel like the year is going by faster and faster as I get older.
It has already been a year since Sentori was renewed. I can't believe it. LOL!
As for today's sake, I bought a bottle of Modern's Zero ✨, which I didn't drink last year come to think of it.
When I open it, it's banana, pear and a little peachy? It has a nice firm fruity aroma.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth, with a mild pizzazz 😳.
The taste has a good lactic flavor and richness with a fruity sweetness and freshness, with a good 🍋 and a nice, spodgy freshness!
Delicious!
When you drink it, you think, "Oh, it's sourness. It is a moderate acidity that is not too strong. From there, a slight sweetness and aroma opens up. Is this the first time you have tasted something like this? Maybe it is my favorite.
Opened a bottle of sparkler, although it was a little past its prime. As usual, the balance of clear sweetness, umami and acidity is just right. I didn't have fireworks this year. The back of the bottle is still in the fridge, so I'm looking forward to it.
While on a business trip, I was lured by the award-winning label and ended up buying it.
I bought it with natural sea bream Nanbanzuke!
I'll be back for more nanban and...
Yukidaruma at this time of the year. Yukidaruma, which I have been saving until this time of the year.
What are you doing? I think so too. lol lol lol.
I think SENKYO is actually a sake that has the characteristic of being hard to deteriorate. People don't often mention this because of its low alcohol content and light flavor. That's why I have confidence that I can let it sit for this long.
But from the moment it is poured and from the moment you drink it, it is fizzy. The freshness is a bit muted as the wine is starting to take on a greenish-yellow color, but you can taste the flavor from the first sip, and it seems milder on the palate than it did right after release.
It is surprisingly dry for a wine that has been laid down for six months. It has a dry aroma that can stand on its own. As a meal, it would be great with a salad or hors d'oeuvres.
I would buy two bottles from this year, one to drink right away and one to let it sit for a bit...it's so consistently delicious that it seems like it should be.

The smell of the wooden vats is pleasant🎶.
Banana or even vanilla-like flavor.
The rich flavor of the turtle tail is also great 👏.
I've had a few of the naturals in the series.
I've had a few of the Naturals, and they're all good 😋.
It's Hello World's 4th 🌏.
I was saving it for safekeeping, but suddenly I wanted to drink it, so I opened it.
The aroma is citrusy with a hint of cider.
When you drink it, you get a happy chili shuwa~♬!
It's sweet and sour like grapefruit or lime, the kind that makes the sides of your tongue squeak!
Delicious as expected. I'm thankful for Sentori because I drink it when I'm in the mood for Sentori and it never misses.
A little more acidic than the 3rd? Maybe it's because I left it out?
It is a great wine to drink on its own, but it is also perfect with tomatoes, cheese, and fried food.
Hello, Kotaro!
I see you still have Hello World 4th - I'm jealous 😋I thought I'd get an invitation for the 5th soon, but it's not coming at all, is it because of the Edo return 🤔.
Hello Kotaro 😃
I didn't know Hello World lasts that long! I drank it once, but I wonder how many times that was 😅I'd love to drink them all if the taste is different every time 😩 I'm not learning enough about Sentori ⁉️ 😩.
Good evening, Kotaro 😃.
So the Sentori tastes just as you expected 🥰.
I've been curious about this brand since I saw it on Sakaelabo Tokyo YouTube, and I'd like to visit the restaurant once... 😃.
Purchased at a liquor store near Chidori Station
Clear and colorless
Sweet ginjo aroma
Gorgeous richness and acidity on the palate
The gorgeousness may or may not go well with sashimi.
When served with vinegared wakame seaweed, the acidity increases and it is a little harsh.
Serve lukewarm.
A lot of fine air bubbles are produced when pouring.
The sweetness becomes more pronounced.
Heat sake to hot
Sourness remains, but it is not so good.
(5 days after opening the bottle)
The aroma seems to have become more pervasive.
The sweetness seems to have increased.
