I'm drinking this tonight!
Yome's birthday and Christmas are the same.
But that doesn't mean it's anything special, so I'll be drinking sake by myself!
Since it's Christmas, I'll have a Christmasy Sentori Yukidaruma!
I've never had a regular snowball before. This is a collaboration with United Arrow (UA)!
It's juicy. It's a green apple 🍏. The taste reminds me of sweet and sour youth. It also has a beautiful rice flavor that will make you a Sentori fan!
Maybe it's because it's a bit weak at 13% alcohol, but I emptied my quad in no time! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁.
Sentori made with Panaye's commitment. Completely additive-free, ultra-ancient process, natural yeast, organic, turtle tail, wooden vat brewing & aging. Cannot be described with the usual tags.
I chilled it.
Pale, clean, fresh, and has a raw yeast type aroma. Refreshing sweet and sourness similar to citrus wells up from the watery mouthfeel, leaving a pleasant aftertaste in harmony with the umami.
This sake is different from other sake such as Shintschida, Matsu no Tsukasa, and Akirika (Henohenomoheji), and has a wonderful taste.
Snowman after last year
I've been drinking Snowball every year, and I thought it was a UA collaboration.
This is the first time I've had it.
I liked it better than the regular one.
For Christmas again this year!
Smooth and refreshing.
Exquisite chili flavor. I thought it was especially delicious this year.
Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki (produced in Sakura City) 13%.
Saheiji II
The second glass of SENKYO, I like the modern version the best.
Tachipon is still a little early in the season, so it's a little small, but it's well-prepared and plump.
Merikuri! So, a snowman from Senkin, Tochigi! Apparel? It looks like a collaboration with United Arrows of
A 🍐-like mellow aroma! Medium-bodied
Surprisingly moderate sweetness and acidity both in the mouth and in the mouth. I heard it was mellow and sweet, but since it was refrigerated at 4 degrees, it fermented a bit more and was less sweet? But it was delicious with our Christmas meal!
