This year, I couldn't buy the summer sake insects of SENKYO. So I bought the Autumn Sake on the spur of the moment, so I wouldn't miss it.

It is hard to find in Tokyo anymore and I happened to get it in Utsunomiya. It is sparkling and has a lactic acidity in the front. I enjoyed it very much, but I would like more people to know how delicious Senkou is. It has the best balance of sourness and sweetness.
