［The second sake of the "5 Sake Comparison" series is this one with a label featuring a loose cat lounging under a wind chime.
Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsujikomi.
Full-bodied with a slightly less sweet aroma than Mita, it has a clean, fruity sweetness on the palate and finishes with a mild sweet aftertaste.
Delicious as a summer cat with a gentle taste 😋.
