Let's drink Shiga's sake series.
This is a Sandesi (300ml bottle) from Kosetsu (Fushe) ☃️ that I have been curious about for a while!
From the supernatant □□□.
Pale yellow-green in appearance, with a soft gas bubble 🫧 with a shrieking sound.
The aroma is sweet and fresh.
Aromas of slightly young green melon and moderately ripe banana.
Refreshing acidity that leaves a slight hint of koji and rice cake-like rice aroma.
There is a lively gas-like stimulation, a moderately rounded sweetness, and a soft acidity with a sense of tailings.
From the mid-palate, there is a sense of rice and a clean umami flavor, and a sharp finish that seems to disappear.
The lingering finish is moderate and leaves a slight bitterness.
The sake is well mixed with the tailings and served nigoridashi.
Warm greenish color, with gas bubbles rising in puffs 🫧.
The aroma is very fresh and sweet.
Melon, banana and citrus nuances.
Rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake.
Smooth texture.
The gaseous stimulation is soft and mingled with the tailings.
The moderate rice sweetness and nigori-like acidity spread sweetly and refreshingly.
From the mid-palate, the soft umami of rice flows with a hint of bitter taste and finishes with a sharp finish.
The lingering aftertaste is medium-short and slightly bitter after the release of the bubbles.
Yes, it is a sparkling nigori sake that is not too sweet and a little dry 😊.

Aladdin here too😊.
Thank you for the Shiga sake 🙏 did you buy it in Shiga, as in Sandesi? I'm even happier 😊.
This is a smooth drink 😆.

Good evening, Pon 😃.
I bought it at the tourist information center in Otsu station 🍶.
They have quite a lot of Omi sake, and it was cheap and looked drunken with the 3 sake tasting and drinking comparison: ☺️
It's super easy to drink and it's Sandesi, so I finished it in no time at all 😁.
