When it comes to a bottle, you want to choose the one you can't go wrong with.
When it comes to a bottle of sake, you want to choose the one you can be sure of.
You can't go wrong with Meikyosu no Akiagari.
It has a strong umami flavor with a hint of ori.
Rounded flavor and soft sweetness
You can drink it while you linger.
It goes well with any snacks.
Meikyojimizu Tokusen Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
It is light and crisp.
It may be classified as dry.
Personally, I would like a little more richness and sweetness.
Crisp, apple-like aroma.
Sharp mouthfeel when you take it in,
After a moment, the rice body is very smooth.
White peach, grain, a hint of bran, and a hint of wood.
All of these aromas are gentle, but they are all present in the mouth.
Later on, the rice body becomes even richer with smooth acidity.
I felt that this sake is richer than I expected.
Rice is good.
I asked for a highball instead of bumping the stir-fried motsu with stones.
My favorite level ☆4/5

Next up was Meikyojo-shu, an autumn sake.
Named for the ginjo ori involved...
A bit difficult 😆.
This one is also delicious with snacks 👍
Sashimi
I thought I was drinking, but it was the first time I had ever had a "clear and bright" drink.
Mild aroma 😌.
Refreshing sake with a good acidity 🍶.
Slightly sweet and umami 🎵.
A refreshing finish ✨.
