haniwa56The third cup, the first Meikyo Jyosui. Mellow and easy to drink. It has the umami of rice and is also very sharp. There is a bit of bitterness afterwards, but it is light and refreshing. It is also perfect as a food sake and is delicious.

It has been a long time since I have had Meikyojosui. It is the first time for me to drink it at home.
It has a subtle sweetness and a refreshing crispness. It is more like Niigata than Shinshu. It's hard to stop when you eat it with kimchi alternately.
ラグビーおやじLast summer, we drank a Junmai from Meikyo Jyunmai and liked it very much. The Japanese Winter was also a good sake with a muscat-like aroma and a firm umami flavor.
