The other day, I bought some sake🍶 in Atami.
I chose the "Fuji Nishiki Introductory Set" set after much deliberation at the souvenir shop. First, I opened a bottle of "Shiboritate Genzake" (freshly brewed sake).
The mouthfeel is very sharp. The bitterness spreads. The subtle umami of rice is pleasant.
