I got a bottle of UO from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀. It seems to be a sake developed to go well with fish from Toyama Bay ✨. The aroma is mild 😄and the palate is smooth, fresh, and light 🤔, and it finishes with a refreshing acidity 😚I couldn't really tell the difference between it and the Hohanami 🤣 but it was a delicious sake 🥳.

ᐠ( ᐢᐢ )ᐟ🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had a new brand of Honami from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀. 1,Onogawa(Akita) 2,Motoe Brewery (Toyama) ◀◁◀ 3,Shiwa Brewery (Iwate) I thought it was rare to find Hokuriku sake using Akita Sake Komachi, so I bought some at a local liquor store 😊. The aroma is fresh banana🍌 type? It is fresh and crisp in the mouth 🐜😚 The gentle sweetness and umami taste goes away quickly 😚 It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🥰. It is a newly changed brewery and I will be watching it carefully 🥳.

Clean taste. Accompanying it is a hearty plate of oden topped with Toyama's famous yam kelp. Tofu, fu, egg, and kamaboko (fish paste) go perfectly with the dashi broth. The all-you-can-eat course for 5,000 yen (!?!) is also available. There is also an all-you-can-eat course for 5,000 yen, so there is nothing to say about it. The sake gacha is also an interesting experiment. For people like me who can't drink a lot but want to drink sake, I am glad to see this experiment!

Purchased at Hanshin Department Store. The brewery brews with a small number of people and produces only a small amount, It is brewed by a small number of people, and the production is small, so it is mostly distributed locally, It is only available in some Hanshin department stores 😀. A little late summer vacation ☀Kitokito Toyama Tour! I've been enjoying a lot of food and sake in Toyama 🎵. I'm going to post a little bit about it because there's no end to it. I have never seen this brand in my previous trips to Toyama. This time, when I stopped by a liquor store, most of them had it. The last trip to Toyama was in April last year, so I wonder if this is a new brand that was created after that time ❓ This one is sweet too! The food has nothing to do with the restaurant where we drank sake... ^^;.
