We chose Blue Label, recommended by the manager of the liquor store at Takaoka Station. It was easy to drink and the trout sushi and nishin no heshiko were delicious!
The second sake at Goshiki was Honami Summer Sake Watermelon Wave by Uozu Shuzo.
This is also the first sake from this brewery that I have had.
First, the aroma. It smells vaguely refreshing, doesn't it?
My first impression was that it had a sharp mouthfeel.
It also gives the impression of being smooth and refreshing.
It was a very tasty sake with a slightly fruity taste and umami flavor that goes well with food.
