Lid is stiff. Thin lactic acidity, slightly sweet fruit-like smell. Lemon and plum-like acidity emerges from the thin rice mouthfeel, finishing with rice-like flavor acidity and a hint of sweetness. Delicious. It is refreshing and easy to drink. The lower the temperature, the more refreshing it is.

I got a bottle of UO from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀. It seems to be a sake developed to go well with fish from Toyama Bay ✨. The aroma is mild 😄and the palate is smooth, fresh, and light 🤔, and it finishes with a refreshing acidity 😚I couldn't really tell the difference between it and the Hohanami 🤣 but it was a delicious sake 🥳.

ᐠ( ᐢᐢ )ᐟ🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had a new brand of Honami from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀. 1,Onogawa(Akita) 2,Motoe Brewery (Toyama) ◀◁◀ 3,Shiwa Brewery (Iwate) I thought it was rare to find Hokuriku sake using Akita Sake Komachi, so I bought some at a local liquor store 😊. The aroma is fresh banana🍌 type? It is fresh and crisp in the mouth 🐜😚 The gentle sweetness and umami taste goes away quickly 😚 It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🥰. It is a newly changed brewery and I will be watching it carefully 🥳.

We chose Blue Label, recommended by the manager of the liquor store at Takaoka Station. It was easy to drink and the trout sushi and nishin no heshiko were delicious!

The second sake at Goshiki was Honami Summer Sake Watermelon Wave by Uozu Shuzo. This is also the first sake from this brewery that I have had. First, the aroma. It smells vaguely refreshing, doesn't it? My first impression was that it had a sharp mouthfeel. It also gives the impression of being smooth and refreshing. It was a very tasty sake with a slightly fruity taste and umami flavor that goes well with food.

Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture Memorandum At Toyama Bar in Nihonbashi Toyama-kan. We ordered a special selection of sake and 3 kinds of snacks. Sake with a strong acidity. It has a strong taste, so there are different tastes.
