Nihonbashi Toyama-kan Toyama Bar 🍶Limited selection of famous Toyama liquor stores! Special drinking set🍶Honami Junmai Daiginjo Gohyakumangoku Yellow Green Wave
Souvenirs from Toyama trip
I couldn't find the yellow green wave that I drank over there, so I bought a green wave.
In terms of excitement, Yellow Green Wave was great, but Green Wave is also delicious. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki, so it has a full-bodied, slightly spicy flavor.
It finishes dry and crisp, so it goes well with all kinds of food.
Very fruity aroma.
I felt that this would be delicious.
A sip is surprisingly refreshing.
It has a sweet taste of rice with a smooth aftertaste.
It is a perfect match with rice.
Please try it.
One of the most memorable sakes from my trip to Toyama. I ordered a different color and drank it at home.
The dry base goes well with the sweetness and acidity of the rice. The acidity is beautiful.
I feel that Uozu Shuzo's sake really suits me.
I was quite surprised when I tried this sake in Toyama this time. I checked it carefully and found that it is made by the Uozu Sake Brewery of the North Sea, and up until now, I had the impression that North Sea sake only goes well with fish, but this one is juicy without being overdone, a little sweet and sour, but still retaining the light and delicious flavor that is typical of Toyama sake.
I thought this sake would be hard to find in the future. I drank it in Takaoka and again in Toyama to make sure.
Good evening, Kosuke 😃.
Toyama sake 🍶 is going up a lot 🤗.
I was especially interested in this one after reading your review 😋I guess many of them are only available in your hometown 🤔.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
I'm reminded once again that I still love Toyama. I haven't seen the wave series of Honami yet in Kanagawa where I live!
I was thinking especially of the yellow-green wave.
The aftertaste lingers for a long, long time, but strangely enough, it is not too strong. In other words, mellow and dry? I guess you could call it mellow and dry. It is written as "fruity," but I think it has a strong bitterness to be called sweet. It is difficult to explain for beginners. But I really like it! Cheese goes really well with it.
Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival (3)
This is the first HONAMI 🌊.
After tasting, I bought this one!
100% Miyamanishiki produced in Akita
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15%.
Chirichirifresh, classic aroma and flavor, but with a fruity and complex taste.
Sweetness, slight bitterness and spiciness.
Daiginjo-style clean taste, but with a good sense of drinking.
When I tasted it, I thought it was fruity and modern, but... maybe I was drunk 😂.
Day 2, the complexity comes together nicely and tastes like it did when I tasted it!
The base is classic but also modern and delicious... ♪
Day 3, I could feel the melon🍈 here!
In the end, this day, the most fruity, was my favorite 😆.
The third one is the sake we tasted
🔹Yamada Nishiki Red Wave - gorgeous with a strong aftertaste 🔹Akita Sake Komachi Yellow Wave - juicy with a sense of rice
🔹YuYamanishiki Pink Wave, acidic, also my favorite
🔹Hatsu Shibori Ocean Wave Gohyakumangoku, the most light and refreshing
Hi Pon, hi 👋😃fun event❤I see you decided on this one out of many ❗I think it's more complex in taste than just beautiful 🎵I'll remember the sail waves in Toyama 😃💕.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😃.
Takashimaya Sake Festival looked like fun ☺️
I haven't tasted Honami yet, so that was helpful 😄.
I'd love to compare and contrast the labels of Shihu, Honami and Onogawa 😁.
Good evening pyonpyon🦉.
I tried the sake from Toyama because I don't see many sake from Toyama. It was delicious 〰😊There are many different rice varieties released, so be sure to check them out at ❣️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🐥.
Toyama, there are a lot of good sake 😳I've tasted many of them too believe it 😆 Now you might enjoy Ocean Wave 🌊 in summer 🎶❣️ tasting, it's good to know what you like 🎶.
Good morning, Aladdin 🐥.
That's nice! Group drinking comparison😁I think Tianhua was here too 🤔I didn't notice 〰😂I want to try it with the same rice since it's a good opportunity! I'll have a peek at Takashimaya Liquor next time 😉.
