Purchased on a trip to Niigata.
It was recommended by a local sake shop.
It has just the right amount of sweetness, just the right amount of cleanness, and is very easy to drink. However, the aroma is weak.
If the aroma had been stronger, I would have decided to repeat the purchase...
I heard that it was made by a person who trained at Miyazumi, which is famous for Sharaku. I would like to try other products.
Very candy shop.
Fruity aroma of bananas and rummies.
Slight pinkish light mist.
It is sweet, but not as sweet as the aroma, and has a clear taste.
The mouthfeel is light and fresh.
The flavor of rice is soft, round, and fresh.
You can't help but drink it in one gulp.
Delicious!
It's been a while since my last SAKE POST, Mine-no-Hakubai🍶.
It is the second oldest sake brewery in Niigata.
It has a soft aroma and a sweet mouthfeel. You can enjoy its mild taste 🍶.
Personally, I would like a little more stimulation.
When I first tasted it, it was dry, so I wondered how it would be for me, a lover of sweet wine, but I never got tired of drinking it and ended up drinking 720ml.
After work, today, I go to Ichigaya for a drink for the first time in a while. FUKU NO TORI Ichigaya Sotobori branch. Sometimes I feel like being taken care of here. On Friday night, the restaurant was almost full.
I started with a Mine-no-Hakubai Junmai Ginjo. It is refreshing and has a nice sharpness. The aroma is subtle, but it really stands out. A good sake to pair with chicken.
Good evening, Mr. Mofurito 😃.
