Forgot to post. I saw this one at one of the supermarkets. I often come across Hishiko, but this was my first time to try Motomoto and Mine-no-Hakubai. It was such a sake with a good flavor of rice.
One of Niigata's "Koshi no San Ume" (three plums of Koshi).
It has a refreshing throat and light flavor. It was a food sake that did not disturb the accompaniments at all ^ ^.
3.9
Sweet and easy to drink.
The alcohol content is 14%, so it is light and smooth.
The floral aroma wafts through the nose.
It has a slight sourness, but it is mild and gentle.
The sweetness of the rice is elegant and not unpleasant.
