I visited Ozaki Sake Brewery during my trip to Tohoku and purchased this product.
Solid taste.
I wonder if it has a little bit of a peculiarity that reminds me of old sake.
Ando Suigun from Aomori, which I received as a souvenir. Nice to meet you.
When poured into a glass, it has a light golden color and a fragrant aroma with a slight sense of maturity. The taste is robust, with a strong rice flavor. I drank it cold today, but I think I can enjoy the change in flavor when it is heated up.
I have not had many sake from Aomori, so I thought I would like to try a few more.
Strength of rice peculiar to Junmai
The contents of the sake slowly decompose the moment it is put down
And yet it goes down the throat calmly and slowly.
It's got a nice little sweetness to it.
Last 5 cups
No acidity, moderate sweetness.
Junmai sake with a heavy and quite peculiar taste.
I didn't like the flavor.
I guess there are people who like this kind of thing.
Ando Suigun...probably my first time!
It's good cold, but it's definitely better warmed up...a calm and tasty sake....
I'll drink it again in winter...
4) Aomori apple stew
Apples with different sugar salts
I love to eat it normally.
but I also like this way of eating them with alcohol.
I also like this way of eating apples.
Andong Suigun
It was a big hit!
From the aroma to the taste, it is fruity, yet sweet and juicy 🎵.
Clean and pleasantly balanced 😌.
A friend of mine brought this one because she said it's not widely available 🍶.
It's a bit of a mystery to me, as I can't find much about it on the internet 😵.
The neighborhood motsuyaki restaurant is pushing Aomori sake.
As the restaurant's reputation for clean, refreshing, dry sake suggests, it was a very refreshing sake that did not interfere with the food.
