安東水軍純米大吟醸 しぼりたて生酒
まつちよ
It will be a Junmai Daiginjo from Ando Suigun 🏴☠ 🍶.
The proprietress bought it from the Ozaki Sake Brewery booth at the Aomori Sake Tasting event held last week in Aomori.
The aroma on the nose is fruity, like apples.
In the mouth, there is a slight astringent bitterness, followed by a rich sweetness and umami with a fruity overtone.
It finishes with a slight bitter taste.
Although this sake is not labeled as a pure sake, it has a robust flavor like an unfiltered pure sake, as if it has not been watered.
The alcohol content is 17%.
I have never had such a punchy daiginjo 😆.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨.

Good evening, Matsuchiyo 😊.
I'm a history buff, so I reacted to the name Andong Suigun😅
Ugh I want to drink it! But! I don't see it 😭

Good morning, Tsukitate-san🌞.
I have never seen a liquor store selling Ando Suigun even in Tokyo!
It's pretty rare even in Tokyo unless you go to a bar that sells Aomori.

Hi Matsuchiyo-san, ☀️ Ando Suigun is rarely available at Yamaya, but I haven't tasted it 😅I get the impression it has a punch!

Hi kab😋.
It seems that Yamaya also has a good selection of sake from the area around the store.
I've never seen this in Tokyo 🤔.
After drinking it, I looked twice at the label thinking it was a daiginjo 😅.
