I attended the Ozaki Sake Brewery meeting held with Mr. Ozaki, president (toji) of the Ozaki Sake Brewery.
The first cup was Iwakigawa's Kamisen🍶.
They prepared a special draft sake for this meeting 😊.
First, it was served cold.
The first aroma is just a hint of acidity.
The first sake is a cold sake with a slight acidity.
Next, warmed sake.
The first aroma has a slight alcohol taste with a hint of grain.
The top aroma has a slight alcohol taste and a hint of grains.
Slight sourness and a hint of rich sweetness on the palate.
The impression is very different from last year's hi-ire 🤔.
I wonder if it's a bit hard because it's freshly opened.
There was still some left, so I'll go drink it again next week.
