A while ago, I drank a Junmai Junmai Daiginjo, but this time it is a Junmai Daiginjo🍶 with a fresh yeast yeast yeast.
The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you take it into your mouth, you will find soft acidity and a refined sweetness that is typical of daiginjos.
Naturally, it has a more elegant finish than the pure rice version made from the traditional sake yeast.
