I was curious about this new sake from Maruishi Brewing, which is like "Ni-Uto" or "Maruishi".
When I bought it, I asked the shopkeeper at the cash register if it tasted a little sour. Is it OK? It's a little strange, it might be a little winey.
I like strange drinks 🤣.
Sourness on the palate
Definitely a bit winey
A little schwashy
Sake degree -19 degrees, acidity 3.7 degrees, like a sweet and sour spec.
But the sweetness is moderate.
The acidity like a white wine has a big impact!
You can drink it in one gulp 😜!
I had an impression that Ni-Hatoe was thicker, but I guess it's not quite the same.
It's a little less sake-like? This is delicious 😋.
After the second day, the balance between sourness and sweetness becomes even better and more delicious 🥰.

Good morning, Takashi.
We also had Maruishi last week.
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness. 😊

Good morning, 10ZG-STQ 😊.
It may not be like regular sake, but it's delicious 😋.
The acidity works well? It goes down smoothly 😆.
