Rice:Hachitan-Nishiki 50% polished rice produced in Hiroshima Prefecture Sake Degree: ±0 Acidity: 1.3 Amino acidity: 0.9 Body temperature: 16 degrees Celsius Tempura: No (must be refrigerated) A bottle that was tasted and welcomed at Uekiya Shoten in Aizu in the summer of 2025. It is tight, juicy, and fruity. I like this one because of its smooth sweetness. I'm always on the lookout for the type of sake I like, but there are so many that fall within the scope of what I like! I'd just be a bellicose person.
