Tonight I had a bottle of #Ago no Tsuki Special Junmai Jusanya Origarami Nama from Aihara Shuzo in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The aroma reminded me of fresh grapefruit, which reminded me of Pocari Sweat for some reason 😆 When I drank it with my relatives at New Year's, it seemed a bit sweeter, but today it seemed surprisingly dry. The slight fizziness is also very pleasant😊.

Alcohol 13 Which Moon after rain It's a special junmai. I was surprised that Aihara Shuzo has Junmai sake. I thought. It has a gentle sweetness of rice. The alcohol is gentle to my tired body I was able to absorb it easily.

This sake is a repeat customer😊The low 13% alcohol content makes it easy to drink, but the plum-like flavour is so strong that the flavour continues to develop even after opening the bottle.
