This sake won the gold medal at "KURA MASTER 2020". It was also used on ANA's international first and business class flights. The raw material rice is Hyogo Prefecture's special A "Yamadanishiki" and the rice polishing ratio is 60%. It is a low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content in the 13 degree range. It is easy to drink like grape juice. The aftertaste is mild. The aftertaste is mild, but the alcohol taste leaves a heat feeling deep in the chest.
