I've never had Raifuku, Hachitanishiki, or Hana Yeast before, but this is delicious.
I like the name. I wanted to drink it on New Year's Day.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a refreshing sweetness. You can feel the flavor of the rice.
The bitterness and acidity are mild and easy to drink.
I thought it would be a sake with a strong impact, but it is a beautiful sake with a good balance.
