A few years ago, during a trip to Sendai, I drank it at a famous seri-nabe restaurant and fell in love with it at first sight.
The next day in Matsushima, I visited several liquor stores to get a bottle, but since then, I have been unable to get it because it is always SOLD OUT on the Internet.
But then! I found it the other day at our Rakuten! I bought it immediately! 720ml for 1,760 yen plus 800 yen for shipping!

However, it did not have the same impact on me as it did a few years ago, perhaps due to the fact that I was recently forced to drink a lot of excellent sake by Jiba, who loves sake (memory correction?).

The above is my impression when I drank just sake (no snacks) before dinner.
When I drank it today with Ienchu-hua (spicy), I felt it was very tasty. I could drink more and more. Is this what you call a food sake? I re-evaluated.
