I like to be a little bit more relaxed! I like it rather well! Not too spicy? It's not so refreshing, but it's not a shochu! This one is smooth without stinging!
The second cup of fish money. I'm glad there are five shaku. The first Kagoshima sake. It is dry with acidity and umami. With Yanaka ginger tempura. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 15%.
15 degrees. Fruity and a bit bitter. I like this balance. Delicious. It has a good balance of umami and sweetness, and is definitely a sake worth the price. It is delicious!

It has a gorgeous aroma and a strong sweet taste, but it was not too strong, probably because of the bitterness and acidity.
Although it is not light, it has a refreshing aftertaste even after drinking summer sake.
