The mouthfeel is light and smooth, but the juicy sweetness and flavor spread quickly 🤤.
The minerality spreads smoothly in the mouth, and the acidity and exquisite bitterness that slowly takes over from the back of the mouth are balanced to perfection 😋.
And yet, the aftertaste is beautiful, disappearing quickly and cleanly, making it a perfect match with a meal. ‼️

Kagoshima, I finally filled it. When we opened the lid, there was a popping sound, quite powerful. It doesn't say anywhere that it's a fresh sake. It has a banana aroma and fresh, dark sweetness, maybe a little too sweet. We drank it while eating oden, but the sweetness still goes well with the salty taste.
