The second bottle of sake I drank at my parents' house 🍶.
My uncle, who knew I liked sake, gave me this Ottersai ☺️
It has a beautiful ginjo aroma that starts with a muscat aroma, which is typical of Otters!
The fruity aroma of muscat and white peach is very pleasant. ☺️
The acidity is a little subdued and the fruity aroma has a strong umami flavor 🤔.
The taste reaches its peak around the mid-palate, and then it's clean and crisp ✨.
It's a sandesi so I was the only one who had seconds 😂.
Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo Sanwari Kubun Cold (Yamaguchi)
The elegant sweetness and the clean cut on the back of the palate are delicious!
The last course was eel and dessert!
The last Expo I visited several times was the last one I was able to go to with Mr. Umai.
Otters were quietly displayed and sold next to the Austrian Pavilion's concession stand.
The musical score on the label 🎼.
He explained that the sake was brewed while listening to Johann Schüttlaus' "Waltz on the Cove". Afterwards, I was lucky enough to be allowed to taste it.
Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius
Rice polishing ratio: 23
Delicate
Clear and transparent taste typical of Otters.
It is interesting to see how the music influences the taste 🎵.
Good morning, Lutemi 😃.
Umaisan and Expo, that's intoxicating ☺️
I'm so jealous because I couldn't get into Austria and didn't get to see the sake here that I was interested in 🤤.
Quite a quintessential Otter to be able to sample this price range of sake!
Good morning Aladdin😄You didn't have to enter the pavilion to get to the Otters booth here. It was located in the back near the exit so it was hard to find 🥹The tasting was done by two people who felt the love for sake so they let us drink it gently 😆.
Hi Lutemi 🐦.
How many times have you been to the Expo? I'm so jealous ✨I never got to go 😭and music x sake, you can't help but drink it 😆It's such a special thing at the Expo 🎶.
