Otter Otter Sparkling 🍶✨
From the moment it is poured into the glass, the gorgeous aroma of this junmai daiginjo 🌸 spreads. The rice used is 100% Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice, and its full sweetness and elegant flavor can be felt. In addition, the delicate carbonation produced by the secondary fermentation in the bottle is very refreshing as it pops in the mouth.
The color is slightly cloudy with a silky texture. The sweetness, acidity, and slight bubbles are in perfect harmony, making it a luxurious drinking experience, like an adult sparkling wine 🥂✨.
Not only is it a perfect toast as an aperitif, but it is also versatile enough to be enjoyed with Japanese and Western food and desserts. I thought it was a bottle that would add a touch of flair to celebrations for special occasions.
Otter's Nigori Sparkling is gorgeous, yet easy to drink and pleasantly enjoyable to the last drop. I was very satisfied with its silky, schwarmy taste 😋💫.
Luxury drinking comparison 🍻.
Otter is a bottle of Jyushidai.
I think it was around 6,000 yen for a bottle of 20-30%.
Very clear and watery too 💧.
I just don't think I'd buy otters by themselves 😅
The 3rd and 4th pictures are Shinmasa brought by a junior colleague.
The wonderful world of Junmai sake*3
It tastes like it was brewed with almost all koji and genmai.
It's just that it's been left too long 💤.
Is this taste a characteristic of all koji?
I can't tell if the taste is a characteristic of all koji or if it's something that has aged 🤣.
