Otters Junmai Daiginjo 45 Nigori Sparkling Nama Sake Rated 4.6 Rice: Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio: 45%, Alcohol level: 15 Sweet, umami, fruity, light, and the fizzy freshness from the secondary fermentation in the bottle is the best. The spiciness, bitterness, and astringency are light with a moderately dry aftertaste.

Tonight is the first time in a long time that I've had Otters🍸 from Yamaguchi. Otters have been well-known all over Japan for some time now, and no explanation is needed...right? Today's bottle is a pure large sparkling 🫧. Ori is settling... but since we only have 1 gouge, we don't have time to enjoy only the top clearings, so we stirred it and opened the bottle before opening it: ❗️😅 Gorgeous ginjo aroma ✨, fizziness on the palate 🫧 and harmony of umami 🎶. It is indeed a stable taste 👍. I don't often buy it because I know it's good... but it's still good 😋. If I may say so... it's like a beer. It's like the king of beer, like a Fatty Dry 🍺. But if I had to choose a sake in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi, I would choose either Ganki or Gobashi🤣.

This sake is brewed only twice a year! It is quite refreshingly dry...with a refreshing sweetness that lingers on the palate afterwards. Not only is it delicious...it is a great sake with a lingering aftertaste that can be fully enjoyed.
