It's been a long time since I've had Otters!
And it's a 20% to 30% Otter.
It was a gift.
A flower of fragrance has bloomed.
Beautiful modern sake, indeed!
Surprisingly sharp.
I had an image of it being sweeter.
It's well-balanced, isn't it?
A limited edition sake released in spring and fall.
It is released in mid-October and is recommended to be consumed by the end of October.
I reserved a bottle and was looking forward to it.
The taste is unmistakable.
It has a fresh and juicy taste with a good balance of sweetness and sharpness that is typical of Otters.
It certainly has a delicate quality to it, and I think it would be best to finish it quickly.
Sometimes we get twisted raw sake at restaurants, but I suspect that the brewer does not like them.
This is one of those bottles that you can't help but enjoy and hope to see again next year.
Otters are delicious any time of the year, no matter which one you drink. It is a limited edition released twice a year and the aroma is intense, fresh and delicious. I was told to drink it up within two weeks of purchase.
