I don't know how long this sake has been in our house, even though it is stored at 0°C.
The first time I drank something of Otters in Matsue, I was really impressed with its memory!
It doesn't come back...
It's good, but now it's just ordinary?
Maybe it's the storage.

For the record
Otters! It's been a long time!
The sake that got me hooked on sake
It was an autumn night that brought me back to my first love.

Today I participated in a brewery tour at Otters 😀 I've been to quite a few breweries in the past.
I've had the opportunity to see the brewing process of many breweries, and I must say that it's amazing how well they manage the brewery and take detailed data on each tank to ensure that there is no variation in taste 😀.
After the tour, while we were tasting the sake, a person who had recently visited Osaka for the Yamaguchi Sake Fair came to greet us.
I told him that even I can always tell which brand Otters are the best, and he said that from my point of view, there is still a lot of pre-tasting to do 😅...
Later the store owner asked me if I knew our brewery head ❓😅😅😅😅.
Otters don't have a master brewer, but he is the head brewer who is like the master brewer and is said to have the tongue of God within the company🤣.
Sorry for being rude 🙇.
As an apology, I bought not the usual Otters, but a limited edition sake called "Noboromon" which was brewed by a team of two young men responsible for the Yamaguchi limited edition blue 😀.
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
Looks like you enjoyed your brewery tour 😊👍
Otter, I see that you can tour the brewery! I'm curious to know how they make their delicious sake that is not blurred in my opinion all year round 👀.
Hi, Pon-chan 😀
I am currently on the shinkansen returning from Iwakuni 😀.
You can visit Otters by prior reservation 😀.
Mr. Sohuji said that the taste is still blurred and he wants to keep evolving without blurring 😇.
God's tongue, awesome 🤣.

Otters' sparkling wine that we often see these days.
It has been produced since 1993.
Lightly cloudy and milky!
Slightly sweet and smooth.
The rich aroma fills your mouth with happiness!
It's still Tuesday and I've done it...
500 check-in.
Checked in with a gift of Ottersumai Polished 20% and 33%!
The Division Series starts today in MLB. Who will win? Good luck, Dodgers!
A bottle with the sweetness and flavor of rice polished until the very last minute. It is the taste of iron plate.
We enjoyed it deliciously♪
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins✅🎊🎉, Bourbon!
Are you usually abroad? I was curious to see the photo on the label since it is in English.
Keep up the good drinking life 😄.
Good evening, Mr. Bourbon 😃.
Congratulations on your 500 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ with Otter 🎉!
Every day I cheer 📣 for the Dodgers⚾️ with my wife! I hope to go to the stadium 🏟️ one day 🥹!
Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby.
I hope it comes down when you are watching the game, because in US ballparks, you can take the foul balls as they are and go home!
The lower the rice polishing, the easier it is to drink, and the higher the rice polishing, the more sake-like (sake-like) it is.
