There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. The top aroma is that of sweet junmai (pure rice). When you drink it, it has a slight crispness and a gentle sweetness, and it finishes quickly with a pleasant bitterness. Drank at room temperature, it is soft on the palate and easy to drink. The aroma is fruity. It is good on its own or with food. Next, I tried heating it to lukewarm. The aroma became even sweeter, and it was very tasty with a soft and mildly sweet mouthfeel. It has an elegant flavor, and even though I drank it by itself, it went down smoothly. It was a gift so I will enjoy drinking it. I want to drink it again.
When warmed up, it is similar to Genmai's Ginjo?
I especially like it!

It's been a long time - Otters.
It's been quite a while since I had a bottle.
Mmmm...
It's still delicious 😋.
The alcohol content is 14%, and the acidity and sweetness are just right.
I can't stop chomping on it 💦.
No wonder it's so popular!
That's what I'm talking about, Otters!
Definitely dry and easy to drink.
Not just water, but water with a proper taste.
This is a limited edition sake sold twice a year.
It is a gift that seems to be something you can buy with a reservation.
Junmai Daiginjo FUNABA KUMI
Unfiltered ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had so many first encounters with it that I decided to make a set to compare 😅.
Gorgeous aroma. It has a raw sake-like stimulation on the tongue. It tasted a little lactic acidic, but it was mellow and delicious.
Horinoi Junmai Daiginjo Gin Ginga 100% Unfiltered Polishing 50% al15 Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.7" was a sake I resumed after 6 years.

Purchased from a nearby liquor store that was limited to pre-order only, but was on sale to the general public.
It tasted fresh, but with a strong sake-like flavor.
This is one of the three types of sake from the "Choice of Three Types of Sake" that I was offered at "Sake Ikijo Straight"! It was too sweet for me to drink!
