First UGO series: ❗️ The aroma is modest: ❗️ In the mouth it has a 🍑 like sweetness and aroma😊. Complex taste but nice👍 A little more sourness and a clean aftertaste 🤔. The overall aroma and taste is to my liking. It was a very tasty sake😍 I would like to try other UGO as well ‼️

Sometimes, you get a stylish departure. The first sip has a sweet and fizzy taste, but is it actually a sweet and fizzy type? There is a bitterness in the back, and it has a solid drinking experience. I had a preconceived notion from the label that it was fruity nowadays, but I was wrong. But is it sweet?

UGO KALLISTI⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kake rice: 60% Koji rice: 50 Hachitan-Nishiki 78%, Yamadanishiki 21 ALC 14% (Unpasteurized) Slight aroma, pineapple-like flavor in the mouth, and a refreshing, slightly sweet taste 😋. I stopped by the after-party of an ojisan reunion with my former colleagues and had it with a set of sake 🥰. Good to see another new brand/type of sake tonight 🤗 Chigasaki Chirori: 20240217
