I stopped by the after-party of an ojisan reunion with my former colleagues and had it with a set of sake 🥰.

I accidentally let it sit in the refrigerator for a year, but it was so delicious. It was one of those bottles that made me think, "Sake is amazing. Now 2023-2024 is available. I recommend it. (I drank this one in 2024)

New brand by the new generation of Aihara Shuzo brewers of the moon after the rain.
KARISTI means beautiful and noble.
Fruity and sour, like orange or strawberry.
A very rare type of aroma.
The slight bitterness of the orange peel is very similar to that of the other brands, which is to be expected.
The taste is surprisingly mild at first.
It has a beautiful yet deep sweet flavor, with a slight sourness and bitterness accenting it, making it both clear and drinkable at the same time.
Finishes with a gentle acidity.
It is not only delicious but also a beautiful experience.
A truly amazing sake with a new sensibility and expressive power!
